Delete Your Account

Your data will be permanently removed.

You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Fastest

Delete from inside the app

Open Rate & Date

Go to Settings (bottom tab)

Tap Delete Account at the bottom

Confirm deletion — your account and all data are removed immediately

Option 2 — If you can't access the app

Request via email

Send us an email from the address or phone number associated with your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted: Your profile, photos, messages, match history, and all personal data are permanently erased. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play.
