How do I delete my account?
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel.
I found someone violating the rules. How do I report them?
Tap the flag icon on their profile or in chat to report. You can also block them to prevent further contact.
Why was my account suspended?
Accounts are suspended for violating our
Terms of Service. Email us if you believe this was a mistake.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
